In the present observe, an experiment was conducted in which the effect of Aloe vera Gel for Inducing Rooting of Stem Cuttings. A pot test was done at the Sindh agriculture university tando jam, sindh, Pakistan, throughout the duration from March 2022 to June 2022 to quantify the have an effect on of Aloe vera gel on, root induction of cuttings of Rose (Rosa indica). completely randomized layout was used to the arrange the experiment with 4 treatments (T1-cutting end dipped in the Aloe Vera gel for 5 mins, T2-reducing cease dipped in Coconut Water for 4 mins, T3- reducing quit dipped in Honey for 5 minutes, T4 (control) without applying Aloe Vera gel or growth regulator to cutting) to determine/ study the effect of the Aloe vera gel on root induction of cuttings of Rose (Rosa indica) to decide/ take a look at the impact of Aloe vera gel on root induction of cuttings of Rose (Rosa indica). in the experiment in which eight-10 inches lengthy cuttings 5 cuttings of the rose for each remedies changed into gathered, and dipped in remedies T1-reducing stop dipped in Aloe Vera gel for 5 minutes, T2-reducing stop dipped in Coconut Water for 4 mins, T3- reducing stop dipped in Honey for 5 minutes, T4 (control) without applying Aloe Vera gel or growth regulator to cutting, were established. General media of canal slit+ FYM+ Clay Soil (1:1:1) became used as a rooting medium. All pots had been stored in a shaded residence to provide a cool and shaded environment. The outcomes indicated high impact of the natural plant extracts for Inducing Rooting of Stem cuttings including rooting percent, overall number of roots per cutting, overall number of bud formation per cutting, and root length. the highest rooting percentage about (96%), greatest number of Roots per cutting (9),total number of buds formation per cutting (five), and the best period of root approximately (6.fifty four cm) found from T1, rather, the bottom rooting percent about (fifty two%) lowest range of roots per reducing (five) the lowest period of root approximately (four.34 cm), end result became determined from the (T4) manipulate, these treatments were observed through rooting percent approximately (ninety%), overall quantity of roots per cutting (8), total number of buds formation per cutting (4) and the length of root approximately (5.52 cm) T3, rooting percentage about (80%), overall number of roots per cutting (6), overall number of buds formation per cuttings (four) length of root about (5.22 cm) T2.
